    Refunds for content, based on dishonest incorrect descriptions


    Basically as the title states.

    i purchased Watch Dogs season pass prior to release, thing it was a great deal based on there description.

    From reading said description I was lead to believe I would received everything that was listed under "The Season Pass contains...." Since you get the last item in the list of content described.

    I am not the only person having this issue or making the mistake, there are 22 pages for this issue on a sticky at Ubis forums, plus countless threads, there are even threads on the xbox forums asking)

    it has taken 2 weeks to get anything out of Ubisofts mouth & this is what they have to say.

    The T-Bone DLC – Coming soon with one week early access for Season Pass players

    so what I'm getting at is I want my money back & for MS to make sure companies are not breaking the law by false advertising content. I don't know if there is this type of protection in the US or other countries.

    • using aggressive sales techniques

    There are no refunds for Marketplace content. It tells you this in the product description.

    There are no refunds you should have looked before you bought the content. Secondly,it says in the description of the content that you cant get refunds.

    You would need to discuss refunds with Phone Support, although all purchases do say there are no refunds.

    I'm not exactly sure what issue you are explaining. Is it that you expected to get everything the day the game itself came out?

    Season Passes always mean content is released over time, you just purchase in advance. You purchase all DLC for the game which will be released over the following months (i.e. over a season) and in exchange get a discount.

    The description Ubisoft have given is pretty much in line with any other season pass from other companies.
