if it has been more than two weeks or you play more than two hours it is not eligible for refund

Unfortunately my refund request was denied with the following comment: “Refunds aren't available for digital purchases that have been played or used”…

Can you please advise what are my next steps?

I recently bought GTA ONLINE and I accidentally bought the wrong version and I checked it out for a sec and it wasn't where I could play with my friends. I tried to refund and it said "refunds aren't available for digital purchases that have been played or used." How can I test out a game and if I don't like it, I still can't refund? Please let me refund GTA and buy the 29 dollar version.

Youd have to reply to the email that said your refund was denied to get them to reconsider.

To be exact, the purchase item is Garage Lv. 11 offer which I'm supposed to get 1000 token, C 700,000, and x20 premium pack. None of items received but the Order says it's completed. Before reject the refund request, they should check if all of the items received. They can see clearly no extra 1000 tokens, C 700,000 and additional x20 pack received. It is crystal clear none of the items received in my account after order completed, and the money has been deducted.

Digital refunds are typically only available if you have purchased the game within the past 14 days and have played less than 2 hours. Otherwise, there is no way to refund or get credit for digital purchases.
