    Refunds and contact


    my daughter bought a years live gold subscription for £39.99

    But you continued to also take £7.99 each month off her account which we only realised last week when signing into her account.

    There are 2 x £7.99 payments that need refunding.

    Every contact avenue I’ve tried comes to a dead end.

    I just want an email address to claim this back. I’m fuming.

    Preordered Gears 4 and it still hasn't arrived.

    I'd contact them and see what's up, just keep contacting them until they respond, or dispute it and get a refund. I wouldn't use them if there is no easy way to contact them, this is a good learning experience.

    Check your purchase history and if its there twice contact MS support and get the newest one refunded.

    No! Before you signed up, it says it will auto renew unless turned off. Funds will still be taken as the Gold has been used already. In case you are wondering, yes they did have your approval

    Is there a refund department contact?

    Just so I understand you your bank statement shows that you were charged two times but MS order history only shows one charge?

    Are you sure that it is an actual charge on the bank statement and not a hold that will fall off after a certain amount of time? Which MS has no control over that is your bank.

    Are you sure that you didnt order it possibly on two different MS accounts?

    If there is two charges on your bank statement and only one charge on your MS order history that is all MS is showing that they charged you for and anything anyone is going to be able to see at MS you would have to take that second charge up with your bank
    at that point.
