Refunding

So, I wasn't exactly sure where to post this, but about a week ago I cancelled my Xbox live and EA access subscriptions and I was told I would get a refund in a couple of days, it has been about a week and I haven't got it yet

Can I get a refund for a digital game?

No. You can’t return a digital game and receive a refund or credit.

 

Refunding

For a refund you would have to return it to the retailer you purchased it from, but it sounds like it may be too late for that. You'd have to contact them to find out their return policy.

Otherwise, controllers have a 90 day warranty. If it's still within the 90 days you can set up a replacement with Microsoft Xbox One Wireless Controller Help | Fix Your Xbox One Controller

If it's outside of either of those options, you would have to buy a new one.

If its there you are good

However if you live not in the us you will have to wait till your bank handles the transaction

Uaually with international transactions they can take upto 30 days because banks do them in batches

As long as its displayed at commerce.microsoft.com its sent to your bank which is the 72 days but its when thw bank handles it
