    Refunding over the time limit


    So, I purchased Burnout Paradise: remastered last friday. And after playing for an hour, I got bored, left my xbox on and now Ive gone over the time limit for refunds. (Im not trying to exploit the refund system. i just dont find it fun anymore.) Is there
    ANY way that I can possibly refund? Should I call support? Or did I waste 51$.

    Have you tried reinstalling the game ?

    Parental Controls (Screen Time) and Netflix

    I have set a screen time limit on my son's Xbox, but when the limit is reached for the day, he switches over to Netflix and keeps using his Xbox.

    Is Netflix not controlled by screen time limits?

    If you go over the time limit you will not be able to refund it.

    There is a time limit with digital purchases. 3 months is way over the limit so it's very unlikely they will issue a refund

    I haven't experience any of the issues you describe, though I have seen some.

    You played for 2 hours and 8 minutes, I think at this point you were trying to play right up to the limit and went past it.
