Refunding minecraft

Xbox support will offer refunds on Marketplace purchases (not just Minecraft) on a case-by-case basis.

In the case of the Minecraft refunds. They are only offering that refund to people who do not have a HDTV, who purchased Minecraft before the 11th of May. That was the date they changed the game's description on Xbox Live. Give support a call.

The only way to request a refund is by logging in with the account you used to get Minecraft Dungeons here
xbox.com/refund. Then continue from there.

Usually Minecraft Realms are not eligible for refunds.

The only way to know if your purchase is eligible for a refund is to contact Minecraft Support:

Depending what version of Minecraft you have bought, there are two different ways to request a refund.

The content should have been purchase less than 14 days ago to be eligible for a refund.
