    To the few unlucky people who pre ordered this game, how do we get a refund on it? I preordered this game 2 years ago and it won’t show up on the list of stuff I can refund. Apparently now, it’s not the right “version on Xbox” so it’s not gonna work. I payed 40$ for the pre-order so I want my money back please

    Since it was purchased 2 years ago, it would no longer be eligible for a refund. Refunds are only eligible on purchased made within the past 14 days and played less than 2 hours. You would have to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can do anything else. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
