Refunding digital purchased!?

Hey all. Dumb just as I am, I accidentally bought the two BF4 map packs instead of subscribing to bf4 premium

I'm wondering if it's possible to get refunded for both of them. It'll be way better for me to get premium. Thanks for reading this.

Refunding Digital Games

Hi, I recently bought a game on the Xbox One store and I was wondering if I could refund it because I was not happy with the game. Thanks!

Can I get a refund on DLCs?

Unless there's a certain reasoning, no refunds on digital purchases. You should know this.

You can try and phone support for your region & explain the situation to them but as a rule there are no refunds so it's very doubtful you'd get one.

Hello, the refund was for digital purchases of the game and within the game. All refunds have been completed to all accounts who purchased the digital product

No, there's no refunds for digital purchases. Both Microsoft & Sony needs to start refunding people's money for digital purchases who don't want their games anymore.

At this moment in time, it is not possible to refund a digital game purchase from the Xbox Store. As stated at the time of purchase, refunds are not available for digital purchases. Unfortunately it is also not possible to transfer purchases to another account.

For digital games here is the relevant paragraph from microsoft’s terms of sale:

For complete details on refunds for digital game offers, Xbox apps (excluding movies and tv apps), digital gaming bundle offers, and digital durable and consumable gaming offers, such as games season passes, virtual currency, and microtransactions,

I think the only solution is to request a refund again, but Microsoft does say digital purchases are final and are only reviewed under certain circumstances.
