Refunding digital downloads

So my sin bought battlefield v two weeks ago digital download and unfortunately I bought him a digital download copy to for Christmss. He has been playing the copy he bought a few weeks before we tried to refund it but they will not refund it. I tried
taking the copy not yet downloaded to return with receipt at Best buy but they don't return digital copies..can I try downloading the copy not yet downloaded and ask for a refund??

There is no way that I know of to get a refund. I says in black and white when you download your digital copy that there are no refunds of digital content.

Im pretty sure if this is a digital download, then it is non refundable.

What exactly are you trying to get a refund for? If it is for digital download content, you can try the refund form here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund

There are no refunds on digital content. If you purchased a game code from Best Buy you may want to consider selling it if the code has not been redeemed. Otherwise there is nothing else you can do since you have already asked for a refund from both retailers.
