refunding a gift to my other account

it’s so annoying i bought my vbucks on the wrong account cant refund it just want to gift my other account

Twice bought the doc one as a gift the other to my friend's account by mistake, it was refunded, but the gift dlc for some reason we think was activated in his account and not mine, I am sure I will cash it into my account

I’ve attempted to refund it but as it’s a gift to another account and they already claimed the gift- it won’t allow a refund through normal means. So unless there’s another way to ask for a refund, it seems I’m out of luck. And like I said in my original post, I’ve took all the steps in making my account more secure. Thank you.

No money transfer dear friend. In the future, if you want to buy something for another account, buy it as a gift, or buy a gift card for that other account to redeem it by itself. Wish you the very best.

When did this happen? You can contact support, explain and ask for a refund from the dead account to your pay pal. It is worth a try! support. There is no option
for a refund of the money put in the account on the refund page but try.

No, at no time have I changed My Home xbox, it was not necessary because my friend's account was not sharing any game, he was playing on my same console, his account is not on any other console, but I removed it to test where the dlc is, how much of my friend gets but also had a refund been made why the first time I bought the dlc I buy it to your account, that one is refunded, then I buy the gift doc for my account
