    So what happened to me was that I didn't purchase or play the game I was trying to refund but I couldn't get it refunded because the other person (I'll call him S.) S didn't ask me to purchase the game and just bought and played it for a bit but I saw
    that I didn't buy it and I tried to refund it but I couldn't refund it at all because it had been played before. I do know that most of the time refunds are fair but this one really wasn't fair at all because I didn't even want the game but S still bought
    it.

    To avoid this ever happening again, make sure you set up a passkey and that it is required for all purchases. This protects your account from unauthorized purchases.

    Unfortunately if he's played it for too long, or the refund window is passed, there's not much you can do except play the game yourself.

    I know its tedious, but I'd recommend putting a passcode on your purchases in future. just for safety

    End of day ms dont k ow who 's' is only that your account purchased, then played the item in question.

    It's hard to get a refund in that case as your account was used and for an extended period as I believe the cut off is around 2 hrs of play (sure another ambassador will correct that if incorrect)

    Always set pass code up to avoid such issues

    You are responsible for your account at all times. "S" shouldn't have had access to your account to begin with.

    I'm not going to give you advice or correction. Just know that 1) I understand that pain, and 2) I'm sorry that happened to you. It sucks.
