    Refunding a game purchase


    I recently purchased Wolfenstein ll: The New Colossus, and while starting the game and playing a total of maybe 5-10 minutes, I instantly lost all interest in the game for it didn't suite my play style. I only purchased the product yesterday and I am hoping
    that somebody would please be able to help me receive a refund, as I've looked thoroughly and found nothing. Thank you for your support

    The only valid reasons for a refund are, the game doesn't work, or it was a purchase error. Other than that all digital purchases are non refundable and therefore no refunds.

    You can request a refund by following this link: Xbox Refund Support

    Be sure to log in with the account you made the purchase with. Keep in mind that this wont guarentee a refund due to guidelines it must follow.

    Most purchases are not eligible for a refund after 14 days. Follow the following link for information regarding refunds: Digital

    a refund for a digital purchase" after that, manually check the orders for purchase and Choose the reason the most suitable for your request.
