Refunded the Wrong Game Title

Hello everyone

I recently requested a refund for the title: Fallout 76 because the game was not as it was expected. In the email that I received from Microsoft support, it clearly shows that the Title name that was refunded was Fallout 76, But later in the email it shows
that it was actually the title: Destiny 2 Forsaken that was refunded.

I would just like to contact a real Microsoft Support employee, but the only option given is the bot. This bot doesn't allow for me to explain the situation that I am in and it tells me to call Microsoft services via cellphone call. When I do this, the instructions
on the phone call lead me right back to the beginning of this non-stop loop.

I was wondering if anyone has experienced something similar to this and could provide aid in any way possible

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I recommend replying to the email confirmation you received. Refund requests are handled by real people, so you should be able to explain the scenario to them with a reply.

There is a T&C stated 14 days refund , but in my case i am unable to refund either beside wrong title.

What exactly seems to be the issue? You tried to get a game refunded, they told you that you couldn't have it refunded, but then you lost access to the title anyway?
