Refunded my money :P

Yesterday I made a post that you can see below, which everyone told me that all my purchases are forfeit.

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

Made a call to xbox support (UK) today and the guy I talked to gave me a refund without a question, he told me I will receive the refund within 72 hours.

So there you go, most of those that told me I won't get my money back, were wrong.

rufunding pre-orders

I refunded forza horizon 4 but the money was not refunded to my bank my paypal says I got refunded but I haven't been.

You got very lucky.

If what you say is true then the person you spoke to should not have given you a refund as you were banned.

You still may not receive that. The phone support people can process the refund but it's still got to go through billing where they'll review the reason.

I'm sure the PET will have put a note on the account. Remember, when it comes to enforcement actions phone support has no say in the matter.

Onyx is correct just because they say you are getting one does not mean it will happen. when you get banned you cannot get back anything you bought on that account. so we pretty much can tell you you will not be getting that refund/refunds as you forfeit
anything you bought on an account when it gets banned permanently sorry.

Like everybody else here I'm p*ss*d of at this being excluded from the product - quit the greedy corporate act and listen to your users - or give me a refund.
