Refunded game, but still downloadable/assumed playable?

Hi, so I recently had to refund a game that a younger cousin had purchased through my Xbox App on my phone. However, it's still downloadable and apparently playable. I volunteer across the state for a disability organization, and just came back for the next
few weeks, only to find out he had it downloaded; told me he didn't play it, & time played checks out, so at least there's that. However, I assume it's playable, and, after some googling, it seems this falls under marketplace theft/fraud. Can someone please
explain this in general, because I don't understand how/why a billion dollar corporation isn't able to automate licenses a bit better than this -- I'd like him to continue to have access to my Xbox & Games without launching this title, and I'm not too sure
about responsibility of not launching it at his age.

Advanced Warfare Season Pass issue

I thought you can't be refunded for downloadable content. I might as well give them a call and explain everything and see if I can be refunded so I can just get the pass on the Xbone.

Gears 3 season pass yet still got charged in marketplace!

Yea, it really needs to be made clear that the content should be downloaded via the game, I assumed that as I have the pass I wouldn't be charged via the marketplace. Clearly I was wrong, and now 800 MS points lighter which will hopefully be refunded

Can you get a refund in an instance like this? The Konami X-Men arcade game is no longer on the Xbox store but it's still in my purchase history, downloadable and playable. Same for the Ninja Turtle arcade games, too, I believe

There is no knowledge of any known problem, if this was 2 years ago you don't have to worry about any bans or penalties.

I recommend you to check if you have indeed refunded these purchases and you are not confusing them with other games, you can check this in your order history through this link

If the purchases appear refunded and the items are correct but the license is active, the best thing to do is to contact a Microsoft agent through the contact page that you can find in any browser and ask them to remove the license from your account.

hahah same problem here , i refunded a game and its approved with no email saying thats its refunded and also the game is still playable now even with the refund it approved , but my guess here is the refund system is bugged 100% because the refund isn't going through , the status of the game is "completed" on microsoft order history instead of "refunded" , so yeah xD
