Refund?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to get a refund on games bought on Xbox Store? I got many games which are so bad (worst than a free flash game on internet) and/or so boring... I would like to get a refund for those game but I don't know if this is
possible? On Steam you can get a refund on almost everything so I was wondering if there is a way on Xbox One?

Can't redeem or buy anything

I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form on my Xbox but the page is not loading at it is not even giving me a error code.

Please help asap

They probably mean the feeedbacl forum not the support forums

If they said they cant refund you as per the terms of use and conditions that you afgreeed to your only option is to use the money

No company is obiligated to refundd digital cash as it is already used

You can use itnon movies or a game or music

Make sure you select the correct regions at the bottom of the page, but please note it would be at there discretion if a refund is allowed or not.

Refunds are only given if a game is broken or bought by mistake & even then that is up to support.

It clearly tells you when you buy a digital game that there are no refunds.You wont get refunds just because you find the game boring.

Just be aware that asking for multiple refunds can lead to enforcement action on your account.

 

Thank you for your answer, I guess I'll just live with it, they usualy weren't expensive games and I was just wondering if it was as easy as Steam to get a refund. Could be a great thing if we could ask for automatic refund if you didn't played more then
a certain amount of time. I know there are demo available but not for every game. I also usually look up on the internet about games but you never really know before actually playing it for yourself. Anyways thank you again!

 

Unfortunately that's the risk with buying digital copies of games.I've bought a few stinkers myself over the years.
