    I bought Black ops 6 and then returned it. I bought when it was on sale for $52.49 with a $50 visa card and left over funds from my Microsoft account on the 2nd of January 2025. Then I returned it on the 12th of January 2025 and it said the refund was approved on the 12th of January 2025. I talked to somebody on the the 18th of January and they said it would take around 3-5 business days. Here I am now with no further emails about the refund on the day of the 4th of February. I don't know what to do or if I can call or ask the people at Microsoft?

    Hello John, if the status says "approved" on the Microsoft side, this means they already sent the money back to your bank

    Usually the bank process it in 7 business days. In some cases this takes even 30 business days

    I recommend you to check carefully the previous last statement, or the one you're going to receive when May ends

    It just said that the refund will be checked, which I already made that refund and got it approved
