    Hello, I recently(about 10 days ago) got a $50 Microsoft Gift Card, and I used it to buy Minecraft Starter Pack. I already purchased and had Minecraft, so I thought it would buy only the Minecoins and stuffs, but it turns out that you actually buy the
    whole pack. So I tried refunding it, but it said that it wasn't 'refundable'. Also, with that Microsoft Gift Card, I bought Among Us. But It was still in the older version, and I couldn't update it. So I tried refunding that one, but it had the same problem.
    By the way, I did not used any Minecoins in Minecraft. Can you please help me? Thanks a lot!

    Hello John, if the status says "approved" on the Microsoft side, this means they already sent the money back to your bank

    Usually the bank process it in 7 business days. In some cases this takes even 30 business days

    I recommend you to check carefully the previous last statement, or the one you're going to receive when May ends
