    How do I go about getting a refund for a subscription, they agreed to give me the money back. I have filled in the refund request form and they have told me there is no such transaction, the transaction is showing on my bank account and on subscriptions
    on Microsoft orders in the last 3 months. I have contacted support teams 5 times since Thursday 6th December and none of them have been very helpful. No body is willing to take ownership of this problem. please someone help me.

    Hello John, if the status says "approved" on the Microsoft side, this means they already sent the money back to your bank

    Usually the bank process it in 7 business days. In some cases this takes even 30 business days

    I recommend you to check carefully the previous last statement, or the one you're going to receive when May ends
