Refund

There were numerous unauthorized charges on my xbox account and I contacted microsoft for a refund. It has been over a week, I have talked to 7 people and one of them twice because no on has called me back like each of them has said they would. The one
time they do call they call my bank asking for someone else, which is truly confusing. I have never had a worse experience with customer service from a company while trying to resolve an issue. Microsoft says they would refund the money but they haven't
actually done it yet. My question is, Is this how business is conducted all the time with your company? Is it policy to lie to your customers? Does anyone every intend to resolve the issue or just wait for them to get tired of the miscommunication and
language barrier that only confuses the situation? Am I going to have to call everyday, several times a day to finally get through to someone who can actually help me? Also, when am I going to get the damn refund and will this message just deleted like my
request for a refund?

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

Xbox Live hard to cancel

I have called them and even if you meant to cancel after the charge has been made for the next period they won't give you any sort of refund. I was only one day late in calling to cancel and I still could not get a refund with them. The only thing they would do is not automatically renew it when came due again.

https://account.microsoft.com to see if the items purchased were refunded.

In the meantime, please contact phone support again. If you still have trouble with the refund or getting an answer about it ask to have the issue escalated.
