    I have been banned from xbox live for 2 week.

    Is it possible to get a refund from xbox live as my hard earned money was put into xbox live so me and my children could play, now it has been banned I have paid full amount for 2 week worth of gaming.

    Is it possible they will give back?

    Short answer, no.



    Long answer, when an account is permanently banned from XBL everything associated with it is considered forfeit as per the Terms of Service including; gamer score, game saves, ms points, Live time and download content. All of
    that is gone forever, nothing is transferable and nothing is refundable. If you want anything from the old account on the new account you will need to purchase it with your new account.

    Confused about New BlackOps DLC.

    When an account is permanently banned from XBL everything associated with it is considered forfeit as per the XBL Terms of Service including; gamer score, game saves, ms points, Live time and download content. Nothing is transferable
    from one account to another and nothing is refundable. The maps may still be on the console but they are locked along with all the other DLC that the banned account had downloaded. If you want to access them again you will have to buy them from the Marketplace
    on your new account.



    If you didn't break the rules you wouldn't have to worry about this. Stop cheating and play legit.

    Hello John, if the status says "approved" on the Microsoft side, this means they already sent the money back to your bank

    Usually the bank process it in 7 business days. In some cases this takes even 30 business days

    I recommend you to check carefully the previous last statement, or the one you're going to receive when May ends
