REFUND

I bought The Long Dark in January 4 (as follow in print) and now the game isn't available to download in Xbox One. It was deleted on the platform and now I want refund. Is not my fault if the game can't be on XONE, I spent money on that and once I don't
have the product, I want my money back.

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

Xbox Live hard to cancel

I have called them and even if you meant to cancel after the charge has been made for the next period they won't give you any sort of refund. I was only one day late in calling to cancel and I still could not get a refund with them. The only thing they would do is not automatically renew it when came due again.

 

Can't confirm this. It's still abailable for me. There was even an update two days ago: The Long Dark

 

Not for me. You have the simple Xbox One version?

Because on mine its not available. (I'm from Brazil)

On the console if I search for the game it can't find. And, if I go to Microsoft Store (Brazil) on PC it says "This game does not work on your device" and also says that is only available on computer.

 

WHAT? Look at this. When I go to microsoft store US I have the game and its available to Xbox One. But even when I click on "install" it doesnt send the order to my console. How can I solve this????
