refund?

my son bought some games and i need to refund them as he didnt have permission? is there any way i can get a refund as i cant find how to refund??

I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form on my Xbox but the page is not loading at it is not even giving me a error code.

Please help asap

They probably mean the feeedbacl forum not the support forums

If they said they cant refund you as per the terms of use and conditions that you afgreeed to your only option is to use the money

No company is obiligated to refundd digital cash as it is already used

You can use itnon movies or a game or music

 

You can try going to Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if you can start a refund there. If not, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Definitely change settings on their account so they have to ask you permission to buy things. It’s a great feature.

You can do what previous have said also I would
set up a passkey on your account so it protects from being changed like settings and ask to buy. When you set up pass key make sure you change permission to ask for my passkey.

Good luck with that, my partner bought 2 gift cards to the amount £30. Downloaded an Add on to his game, not only did it take the £30 but also £89.99 out of my bank account. 4 times we have tried to contact support, 2 of those times we requested a ring
back.didnt get snywhere so im taking this further.

 

I would try to talk to xbox support with a live person. I've had to do it a while back but they are good at getting a refund but it will take time.

 

The first time i clicked request a refund, second time i requested a call back, last night i actually spoke to someone who put me through to someone else and kept me hanging for 50 minutes before the line went dead. Tonight i requested a call back at 7.30
ish, wait time was 34 mins, i got call back at 9pm and stayed listening to Halo tune for 45 mins before i hung up, i hung up because the call centre closed st 9 ( i found thar out on google). I wont give up, £89.99 is a lot if money to lose.
