Hello today I purchased Deadpool 2 off the xbox store and when I tried to watch it the movie would not start I tried for several minuite and went on here for help but the help did not work and I spent 20$ for nothing I would like a refund if all possible

Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
down to only $48.99 each.

Xbox Live hard to cancel

I have called them and even if you meant to cancel after the charge has been made for the next period they won't give you any sort of refund. I was only one day late in calling to cancel and I still could not get a refund with them. The only thing they would do is not automatically renew it when came due again.

Hello AngryBirdy13, for this type of issue you need to contact an official agent directly via phone at 18004myxbox(18004699269) so the agent can pull up your account and issue you a refund.

 

Try a Power Cicle on your Xbox, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again, try also to unistall the app and install It again, then open it and see If You can watch It now
