    Im looking to try get a refund for my digital copy of destiny 2 this is no longer the game i paid for as many activities have been restricted due to a DLC which i will not buy. How do i go about getting this refund?

    Can't redeem or buy anything

    I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form on my Xbox but the page is not loading at it is not even giving me a error code.

    Please help asap

    They probably mean the feeedbacl forum not the support forums

    If they said they cant refund you as per the terms of use and conditions that you afgreeed to your only option is to use the money

    No company is obiligated to refundd digital cash as it is already used

    You can use itnon movies or a game or music

    I'm having the same issue. Contacted chat support and phone support, both were unwilling to issue a refund and were being deliberately unhelpful. Other players have already secured refunds so they are apparently being selective. The game we purchased was
    factually misrepresented and we are being locked out of content we own. This is wrong.

    Unfortunately Microsoft has not received the "greenlight" from Bungie to accept refunds for Destiny 2. They said take to the forums and maybe Bungie will listen. This is unacceptable.

    Hello John, if the status says "approved" on the Microsoft side, this means they already sent the money back to your bank

    Usually the bank process it in 7 business days. In some cases this takes even 30 business days

    I recommend you to check carefully the previous last statement, or the one you're going to receive when May ends
