Refund?

So recently like a couple hours ago, i bought rocket league as well as dont starve giant edition. Both games looked fun to play and both seemed enjoyable. Ive played about am hour of each game and it didnt meet my expectations. The controls for rocket league
are just not my taste and its very frustrating for me to play and dont starve isnt as i thought i was. Both are great games but i irrationally bought both of them. How do i get a refund? Ive read that refunds are possible and ive read the instructions on the
Microsoft website but im unclear what in supposed to do. Id love to uninstall both games and get a full refund as i could possibly buy a game i really enjoy. Thanks! I didn't know what forum to put it on so I picked the first one.

Can't redeem or buy anything

I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form on my Xbox but the page is not loading at it is not even giving me a error code.

Please help asap

If they said they cant refund you as per the terms of use and conditions that you afgreeed to your only option is to use the money

No company is obiligated to refundd digital cash as it is already used

You can use itnon movies or a game or music

 

also it's been a bit laggy, my connection seems fine, so idk if a laggy game or my connection is just bad, but my connection had pretty good ping.
