Refund?

I bought R6 Siege around launch and found that it was almost unplayable, took forever to find a lobby then after finally getting in it's laggier then battlefront 1, ranked matches were no different constantly get dropped then I'm unable to rejoin because
of their genius 15 minute lockout after "leaving" a ranked match.

I waited for patch after patch and not much changed, except for all the newly discoverd glitches that don't get fixed.

How would i go about getting refunded for this poorly made and maintained game, if at all possible.

I don't like the feeling of having thrown $130 Down the toilet.

Can't redeem or buy anything

I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form on my Xbox but the page is not loading at it is not even giving me a error code.

Please help asap

They probably mean the feeedbacl forum not the support forums

If they said they cant refund you as per the terms of use and conditions that you afgreeed to your only option is to use the money

No company is obiligated to refundd digital cash as it is already used

You can use itnon movies or a game or music

 

Can't speak for R6 but I've never experienced any lag on Battlefront.

It may be worth checking your connection,router etc.

As for a refund,you would need to contact support
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us as they are the only ones who can issue refunds but are under no obligation to do so.To be honest i would say you've left it to long & as there aren't others complaining about the same issue I don't think it's a problem
with the game,especially as you are getting lag on other games as well.

 

I was referring to battlefront 1 not the new one, im not holding out much hope on a refund i should have acted immediately instead of waiting and hoping.

I dont experience lag anywhere else, thanks for the info though.
