Refund?

Hi I bought a game yesterday "castle crashers" and do not like it at all the multilayer does not work nor function. I would like a refund so I can delete the game and get my 15 dollars back and get rid of it. Usually I would not ask of this but it is really
needed and I only bought it yesterday and highly dislike it.

I have purchased a membership from cdkeys and the code wouldn't work so i emailed the and got a refundd and then i have tried buying a membership form on my Xbox but the page is not loading at it is not even giving me a error code.

Please help asap

If they said they cant refund you as per the terms of use and conditions that you afgreeed to your only option is to use the money

No company is obiligated to refundd digital cash as it is already used

You can use itnon movies or a game or music

 

Sorry but it clearly states no refunds when you buy a game from the marketplace.

You won't get a refund,epspecially just because you don't like the game.

You should always download the demo of a game first if possible to see if the game's for you or not.

 

What a joke I won't make buy a game on line again at least with a cd I would get something back

 

It's not a joke. It says in fine print "There are no refunds for this item." By clicking Confirm to buy it, you agree to those terms.

 

This is the reason all Xbox Live Arcade games have a playable demo - so you can try it out before purchasing to see if it is worth it to you. Microsoft will sometimes make exceptions regarding their refund policy for games that may have issues, but not liking
a game is hardly a valid reason to ask for a refund - especially one that has a demo to try before you buy.

 

Always get the demo first. Most allow a reasonable amount of gameplay, and as you are downloading the full game it only takes a few seconds to 'upgrade' if you like it.

As for castle crashers, see if any of your friends have it. It's perfectly playable single player, but more fun two+ player. However, ensure they use a character that is about at the same level as you. If they are much higher it gets boring as you will not
get to do anything.

It is the chance you take with games, films, music and other media. For almost all retailers there are no returns on opened items, whether you bought a physical disc or download. The only exception is if it does not work.
