    I have been paying for 3 months for an account that I don't even use anymore. I have bought the game pass for 1$, and then i forgot to cancel it, so it has been charging since then. Can I still get the refund for that game pass, It does not let me refund this month.

    Can I refund my Hell Let Loose purchase, and play it through the game pass instead?

    To request a refund go here xbox.com/refund. As for Game Pass. If you purchased Xbox Game Pass, then you would still need Game Pass Core or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to play the game online, being as it is a multiplayer game.
