    Refund, xbox memberships not working


    My gold membership is not working and the screen keeps popping up asking to buy memberships, I already spent like 30 dollars trying to buy a one month membership, I thought it didn't go through and kept trying to repeat it to see if it would, it turns out
    they're taking my money and not even giving me my membership or the ability to play multiplayer online.

    I'm getting ready to throw my xbox out the window and switch to a PS3, I was on the phone looking for a representative, but they're apparently 'busy', I'd like my thirty dollars back please and someone that can fix this issue without having to reset my account
    and information, it's stupid I paid and I'm still being asked to pay again for the membership, Xbox should be able to sort these issues with all the money they have, and not ignore customer calls like they usually do, it's rather irritating that big businesses
    cannot cater to their customers in a timely fashion.

    Goto Your recent Orders and You shood beable to get a refund if you cant goto memberships and do cancel and it refunds you if that doesn't work call Microsoft And contact your bank
