    Refund xbox gold?


    Microsoft charged me for 3-month Xbox live Gold from my bank account as autorenewal, which I did not know since I used a prepaid code last time I activated Gold and did not expect it. Can I get my money back?

    Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

    I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.
    I got this same email for all the games I preordered thru Amazon, bring the game cost
    down to only $48.99 each.

    Xbox Store has a refund program now. Buy the game and try it out. As long as you don't play more than two hours you can get a refund within two weeks.

    what are you using 14 day trial ? If so that would be why those don't give you gold only temporary multiplayer access not games with gold

    Or dealsdeals and if you are home gold and. Not the master account that wouldn't be why home gold is an xbox one feature only you would.need your own gold
