    Refund, where to get a refund of Xbox cloud gaming.


    The stream quality is absolutely horrible. I have other streaming services right now and they all look sharp and the latency is unrecognizable. The stream quality on Xbox cloud gaming is plain robbery. They really need to add a free demo before letting people waste their time and money if they know they are nowhere near up to standard... Horrible. Where do I request a refund, Microsoft makes it a complete maze.

    If you are sure the game cannot be played on the Xbox One, and the game is not available in the Cloud as part of Game Pass Ultimate, then you either get a refund xbox.com/refund or purchase an Xbox Series X or S to play it.

    I'm sorry, since you bought a code from a third party, it is not refundable

    If you hadn't used it you would still need to ask the retailer for a refund. Microsoft can only refund purchases made on their store

    You can play the game through the cloud with an Xbox Ultimate subscription on Xbox One
