    Sorry to hear you have not received the refund yet. It appears there is a backlog as multiple people are having the same issue. I can only surmise that there was an issue in January which led to the backlog. I have no official information so this is only my opinion. I would suggest if you received an email with the approval, reply back to that. Otherwise try and contact Support to see if they can at least tell you what is going on. aka.ms/contactxboxsupport

    If you have already requested a refund, it may take up to 24 to 48 hours before you get the result. If it’s approved, you’ll have to wait for 3 to 5 business days before your money is returned to your bank account.
