    How long does a refund game take and will the money be put straight into your bank account I have been waiting for a while and it say’s approved I bought it and the same day I asked for a refund Because it was the wrong game I want my money back.

    Refunds back to debit cards take between 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). For example, if your request for a refund was approved on a Saturday, it would be anytime between Wednesday and Friday the following week to receive the funds back the account.

    Also keep in mind that while there is a time limit regarding play time. There is also a time limit for how long you've owned it which could be why the option to refund isn't working. When did you purchase the game ?

    This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how that feels. However, playing games online or multiplayer on consoles requires Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold. That is how it works for a long time already.

    If you really wanted to have it refunded, try to submit a manual refund request using this form here https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

    It will be reviewed manually by the Xbox team and hopefully it gets approved.
