Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums. In regards to the refund you would need to submit the request by following the link below. Just make sure that when you are going through it that you are under the correct account and that you have the Order
Number to the transaction as it will ask for this.

Request an Xbox Digital Product or Subscription Refund

To get the order number you can always review your accounts
Order History and look for the transactions in question and look at the order number.

Sonce irs approved you have to wait 72 hours for the refund to be issued by ms rhen 30-60days depending on where you are in the world.vs the us for.your bank to batch proccess tour refubd

Unless you used prepaid currency whixh is instant or.paypal which is 90days based on thier policies

if an agent said they would refund it and noted the account that they did so and you never got it or it doesn't show that they ever did then they would have to honor the fact that they said they would refund it and they also have to fix agent errors so if
they messed up they needs to fix it.

I have tried 3 different agents, and still have no resolution. Agent 1 told me this is a known issue affecting multiple folks and they would make a note on my account, so I could get a refund. Agent 2 denied the refund, and an appeal to the denial. Agent 3 assured me they would get this fixed. It's been days since that message, and I have zero contact from Microsoft. I just want to pay the game I paid for a month ago.
