Refund taking over 3 weeks

Usually, after the refund is processed, the refunded amount will reflect on your payment card within 3 -5 business days depending on your financial institution/bank.

However in this case, since it's been 3 weeks, the next best option you have is to contact your financial institution as it may be possible that the refunded amount has already been there and awaiting your confirmation to reflect the amount on your payment card account.

Sorry to hear you have not received the refund yet. As it has been over 5 business days since the approval, then you should have had it by now.

It appears there is a backlog as multiple people are having the same issue. I can only surmise that there was an issue in January which led to the backlog. I have no official information so this is only my opinion. I would suggest if you received an email with the approval, reply back to that. Otherwise try and contact Support to see if they can at least tell you what is going on. aka.ms/contactxboxsupport

It usually takes up to 1 week, but if it's been over 3 weeks, then you've probably not been accepted.

I strongly recommend you do not buy one. My left bumper broke after 5 weeks and they will not give me a refund. After an hour of phone calls they agreed to replace it. I have to send it to Germany and wait for a replacement which will take 2 to 3 weeks.

Refunds back to debit cards take between 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). For example, if your request for a refund was approved on a Saturday, it would be anytime between Wednesday and Friday the following week to receive the funds back the account.
