    Hi, I need to refund a game as my brother has bought the wrong one while I was away on a trip and bought another race car game that costs $100. I have gone to my order history and looked for the "request a refund" button but there is no button. If any one
    could help me find or figure this out that would be great as I don't want to spend another $100 on the
    correct race car game.

    Refunds and purchasing system

    Hello! You may be able to request a refund online by going to account.microsoft.com then payments & billing and finally order history. Under the section for the game you are inquiring about there may be an option for "Request a refund." as long as it meets
    the following criteria.

    You bought the item within last 14 days.

    You and any anyone else used or played it for a total of no more than 2 hours.

    Your home console, PC, and any other device you installed it on turned on and signed in to the internet.

    The game or app isn't running on any device.

    You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
    open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.
