So i purchase a item on your platform and did not recieve it, i submited a refund reqeust and get denied for it, what in the world is wrong with your system so you take people money and you throw your middle finger up because you dont want to issue a refund?
This is the second time with this new system i have eligible refunds and you guys denie it again! I will be posting this to social media, this is a scam microsoft is going down hill and will be because issues like these and these are important i have been
using your service for as long as i can remember! I will be posting this and the emails i have recieved from the fake so called new refund team! The team is a joke hell i dont even believe it is a team it could be a computer robot taking in all the emails
for all i know! Or your paying your team min wage so they dont give a care about there jobs! I want answers real answers none of this short comments, your denied thats a copy script not someone writing it down! I know this because i was too into sales marketing
online its a script copy paste see what there response or a short sentence just to get them away from you, its a waste of my time! And when it was the old system great talking to someone that is not a robot communicating with them was so much better but you
dont want to spend that time, so you can just have a computer do your work for you Wrong

Respond with the email you received denying the refund and explain fully what happened and see if that helps.

So i went on the gportal app on my xbox console and purchased a rent a server on pixark well it charged me and did not give me the item i requested instead left me out 15 bucks! I went first on gportal contacted them they told me they can not do
anything since i bought it on my console and told me to contact microsoft support to get my refund i did that and still denied. Like i said the new refund system is run by robot/computer not an actual team because i would get an actual response instead of
the same script they send me every time its a load of [Mod removed - see Guidelines] they dont care anymore!!!

Microsoft isn't responsible for servers purchases made in a app. You need to contact Pixark about why your server isn't working. The next responsible party is Gportal. This is why your refund is getting denied.

Have you tried contacting Xbox Support by phone? That's the quickest way to get problems solved. Go to support.xbox.com/contact-us and request a callback. Let them know you tried the refund system and it didn't work and they should be able to help.
