refund section is not working on my country

Yesterday i bought 2x rainbow six siege credits and im trying to refund them but refund section on website is not working in my country (turkey) what should i do?

My billing info is all there, but the code still isn't working. What are the conditions for the billing info? I'm currently in Malaysia, but I don't have the option to pick Malaysia as a country, so my region and country sections are set to the US.

Yea, the whole, "My brother used my account.. and now it's banned" excuse never works in the Suspension section of the forums, so I don't know if that would work when asking for a refund. You are responsible for your account.
