    Have you tried installing the expansion by going to "Manage Game" and checking the addons section ?

    If the purchase was made recently you can request a refund by doing the following steps:

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and sign in with the Microsoft account
    • From the top menu bar, select "Payment and Billing", then "Order History"
    • Locate the game you want to be refunded and select "Request a refund"
