    For the past 2 months I have been fighting a refund for Stranded Deep, I bought the game for $20 but it was not what I was hoping for and I requested a refund however the thing is that I requested the refund under the wrong email which I guess caused the request to be denied. I have been told that the system should have picked up the order number anyway but whatever anyway I get in contact with support and they told me to simply refile the request again which I promptly did, I also made sure to include what had happened in the case notes Sadly it was only after waiting another week or so did I realize the 2nd request was also denied, the reason being that the request was over the 2 week limit. This prompted me to yet again get into contact with support who told me to file again, and again, and again and if my memory serves me right I filed or in some cases support filed for me the refund requests around 5-6 times over the span of a month and all without fail were denied over and over again. I was told by support that I deserve the refund and I have ss of support conversations and others that prove my case at one point I was even given a link to a specific support person who told me to contact them again if the refund did not go through that time. At this point I need a help or higher level support, If anyone sees this from the refund team I will be more than happy to show you case numbers and ticket numbers to prove my case,

    MT13MT, in that case, Microsoft doesn't collect any devices directly at your home. You would have to take it to the nearest post office indicated by Microsoft on the email which you will receive after creating a service order for your device. :)

    Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. If for some reason you are unable to play your game within an hour and contacted Microsoft Support about it, you would be suggested to contact the developer about said issues. If the developer can't guarantee that your
    problem can't be fixed, contact Microsoft Support again and have some documented evidence (screenshot of your contact with developer, or links to the message board topic in question), and they will give a refund. This is how I got my refund for EverSpace.
    Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 might be next for me personally, since I can't even start the damn game.

    First of all, if you bought with gift cards, it will come back to your Microsoft Account Ballance, okay? About the refund, it usually takes from 3 - 5 business days to go back to your payment method, but a delay happened in the refund process weeks ago, and refunds are a bit slower to be paid back, while things are getting back on their track.

    In case the 5 business days have already passed and you want to contact Support about it, here is the link:

    The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. So do this until the contact options appear, okay? Here in the community, we have no access to account/billing information.
