Refund request

i want to refund the game minecraft windows 10 edition starter pack, i bought on 27 April and has been trying to find a way to get a refund and due to high amount of request you guys are having now i couldnt
get help instantly and was requested to leave my number so that you could give me a call, but no call was made. once i found out how to make a refund i made it on 10 May which was still in the 14 days window but you replied one day later saying that i have
reached the expired date? i counted the days and it’s still in the 14 days. its because you replied me 1 day later thats why it is late
