Refund request

Hello I would like to request a Refund for an unwanted Xbox game pass subscription renewal which i only just found out about today and have been charged £8 for..

My Xbox Gamertag is :

I contacted two tech support people today via the chat option which both were very helpful and supportive.

however janus i believe his name was informed me that he could not process the refund request as he kept getting an error coming up on his end.

he has done documentation explaining everything to you about it.

would you kindly please do a manual refund to my bank account that ends in 0845.
