    Refund request refused


    I went on Microsoft to purchase points for my Grandson to use

    on his XBox, I am an OAP so not familiar with all the latest tech.

    I as I thought purchased £20 I gave the code to my grandson and he typed it

    in but it said the code had already been reedemed, well yes I did press redem

    as I thought this is what I had to do.

    So in my Microsoft account I have £20 but I can't use it, so I requested a refund,

    this has been refused under their terms and conditions.

    Such a large company can not refund a pensioner £20, what a joke,

    Can anyone help me please.
