Refund request denied on angame that gives me awful motion sickness

So today I purchased Insurgency: Sandstorm and on the two occasions that I've attenpted to play it, it's given me significant motion sickness to the point where I can't physically play the game despite changing in-game options to try and mitigate it like I do in other FPS titles. I've requested a refund which was denied due to me having used the content, rather upset at this as I feel the request was unfairly denied.

If you have played over a certain time threshold then it will deny the refund. Depending on the vendor.

But the refunds, in addition to having the terms of 14 days of purchase and less than 3 hours played, there is no term where it says that the refund is accepted if the player feels sick :/

But, you can try to appeal to that

Having the same issue. Requested refund when I saw Microsofts error in dlc payment. Got denied a refund. Called and talked to support and was told to email refunds department with request to expedite and case number. Got denied. I'm sick of MS being MFers and sticking it to gamers. I buy dozens of titles a year and my number of refunds shouldn't be limited to a X number but as a function of total purchases.

The game used to give me massive motion sickness. I wonder if it still does?
