Refund request denied no email sent whatsoever.

I recently purchased the Conan Exiles Isle of Siptah bundle four days ago. I requested a refund due to game breaking bugs, invisible enemies, game crashing, and it just being in a very bad unplayable shape. The refund was denied due to the fact that I actually played it for awhile. I played it for 1 day 12 hours. Now some of that time was when I played it earlier this year on Xbox One, and it played decent back then. I recently purchased an Xbox series X, and decided to purchase the game last week.

The main problem with a game of this type is it takes hours just to get basic things in the game sometimes. The majority of the time I spent playing it before refund was just trying to get to a position in the game before I started seeing most of the game breaking bugs. For example it takes 8 hours just to level high enough to be able to acquire the plans to be able to take thralls. Then when I was high enough level it took 4 hours each to train/break two Tier 2 thralls, and 2 hours to be able to make gear for them. After all that the Thralls are so broken it wasn't even worth playing. Yes it literally takes close to 24 hours to get going in the game.

The other problem is I have not received any emails from the refund team whatsoever so I can not appeal anything yet. Is there any other way to fix this problem?

If your refund has been denied and you haven't received any email informing you of the refund rejection even after 24 hours, and after checking your spam/junk email folder, then I recommend reapplying for the refund but using this alternative link:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when the refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, please reply to to it explaining in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

Submitting a refund request would be the only way to get a refund. If you were sent an email denying the request, you would reply to the email to get in touch with the refund specialists.

Just a friendly reminder though that there is a dedicated team that handles refund requests which is the refund and they can only be reached by submitting a refund request or replying to the email that was sent by them by that it would be best to reply to the email denying the refund.

Hello Oskayra, i have tried to fix the issue based on what you suggested but i didnt get any emails that weas confirming the fact that my refund request got denied also yes the refund request was sent on the same day as the purchase

I will try replying to the email now can't believe I didn't think of that, the issue is not with the actual refund process but with the fact that it says I have used all my refunds in the year and have not received a refund this year.
