    Refund request denied - Madden 23


    I have been denied a refund for Madden 23, as I have played the game.

    The issue I have is the game is far from what was advertised and is plagued with game-breaking issues, most notably in the Face of the Franchise mode where the mode crashes when trying to sign for a team in the second season.

    I have been active on the EA forums trying to get a response, along with hundreds of others, but there has been radio silence from EA on this issue.

    EA should be held accountable and regardless of the fact I have played the game, the issues present should make users eligible for a refund - if Xbox or Microsoft has any issues with that, they should direct them to EA directly rather than denying users a refund.

    When your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

    All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.
