Refund request denied, how can I dispute?

Unfortunately the only way to appeal to a refund denial is replying to the email sent by the refund team :c

The other option is dispute the charge with your bank directly, but keep in mind that this can be have consequences in the future with your Microsoft account (I personally don't recommend that, but if you really need the money back. That's an option)

You can try the chargeback thing with your bank, but keep in mind my previous advise

2nd request was also denied. Very disappointed that Microsoft/Xbox makes it impossible to dispute this.

Hi Josef, thanks for the reply. I was talking to another rep today and when I gave them the request number they said it's closed and I should submit another refund request.

I thought about charge-back too but I want to follow Microsoft's process before I resort to it. Let's see how they respond to the 2nd request. Either way extremely frustrating.
