    Refund Request Denied by MS for FUT Coins


    Now this maybe a bit all over the place but here goes

    my child decided to go on a FUT coins spending spree. Over the space of time from release day of FIFA21 he has managed to spend £300+ on coins.

    i submitted a request to Microsoft and that was denied after about a week of waiting! There response was some generic reply and when i emailed back asking for further information the same email was resent! Discusting customer servies there..... There reasoning
    (I have aleady had a refund) in the last 12 months! I made 2 requests for FUT coins on the same day!

    So if I report fraud? Which technically it is to a vendor which Microsoft are arent they legally obligated to provide me a reason of youve already had a refund this year???

    also talking further about the fraud aspect should this be further investigated into?

    any help will be much appreciated because this is alot of money to sink into a game i have already paid £80 for my son to play and me have the odd game once every blue moon

    Never received Apex Coins!

    Same thing for me spent $50 on this game and i dont get coins but they gladly take my mony and when i request a refund they deny it like ****

    I requested a refund on something I never received and my refund request was denied

    On the support Xbox website it shows that the apex coins I requested a refund for have been denied, I have had no email confirming this but I am disappointed because I’ve received nothing and lost my money

    Thanks for your response. This happens with the Apex Legends game only. The first time I did not receive the coins, I requested a refund, which I received. The second time it occurred, I spoke with an Xbox Gamer who suggested I reset my Xbox using the "keep my games an apps" options. I did this, but it did not resolve the problem. I requested a second refund, which was denied because the request occurred too close in time to my previous request for a refund. I then did not make any coin purchases in Apex Legends for about 6 months. This is my third attempt to purchase coins, without actually receiving them. This problem does not occur with other games, just Apex Legends.

    Having the same issue. Requested refund when I saw Microsofts error in dlc payment. Got denied a refund. Called and talked to support and was told to email refunds department with request to expedite and case number. Got denied. I'm sick of MS being MFers and sticking it to gamers. I buy dozens of titles a year and my number of refunds shouldn't be limited to a X number but as a function of total purchases.
