    is there anyway to speak to someone regarding my refund which was meant to take 30 days and were now nearly at 4 months?

    I had money taken out via my phone bill that was nothing to do with me, Microsoft confirmed it was a random account. This went on for 4 months!

    I rang in December to stop these charges being taken and to get a refund. This was all fine and approved and told it would be within 30 days.

    For the past 3 nearly 4 months I have heard every excuse possible as to why I have still not received this.

    I have rang, emailed even sent letter every day for the past 3 months. I have been hung up on multiple times!!

    Is there someone who can help with sorting this?

    Or someone I can escalate this too

    Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

    > Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    For Callback Support:

    > Select Xbox One
    > Select See more options then subscription changes
    > Select Show Contact options
    > Select Request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

    If you're unable to contact them, try again at a later time."

    Also, since you mentioned that you have been hung up during calls, try to contact them through Live Chat Support for better communication based on my personal experience.

    Sorry to hear it. If you have a charge that you don't agree with you can request a refund at https://xbox.com/refund.

    As for the virtual agent keep asking to speak with an agent. You will be directed to an Xbox Gamer (they should identify themselves as such). Once there ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate as this is a billing issue the gamer cannot help with.

    Do not let them release the question but insist on escalation.

    You would need to try replying to the email you received declining the refund in order to contact the refund specialists or try resubmitting your request.
    I did replay many times, it seems disregarded by them.

    I can not resubmit it, there is no option available.

    Please escalate it.
